Information provided, pursuant to art. 13 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" and Articles. 13 and 122 of the Code on the Protection of Personal Data (Legislative Decree 196/03) to users who connect to the site www.deeplegal.it, hereinafter referred to as "site".

Purpose of processing
The personal data provided through the site, or otherwise acquired in compliance with the laws and contractual provisions in force, will be processed in compliance with the above mentioned legislation and confidentiality obligations exclusively for the following purposes:
1. purposes connected with and/or instrumental to the performance of professional duties entrusted to the law firm through the site (legal advice and / or professional collaboration);
2. sending personal communications in response and / or related to requests made through the contact form of the site (request for clarification, reporting errors, suggestions, etc..)

The processing of information concerning the user is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.
Therefore, any other and/or conflicting use with the user's interests is excluded.

A. Information required to use the Website.
When you use our website, we ask for and collect the following personal information from you. These
information allows us to act in accordance with our legal obligations. Without this information, we may not be able to provide you with all the services you require.
Newsletter Data: When you register in the Newsletter section, we ask you to provide certain data such as your first and last name, email address and date of birth.

Additional data: such as, but not limited to, preferred language, city of residence, personal description, etc.
Additional Information: Enter when you fill out a form, search, update or add information, respond to surveys, post forum content, comment on Website news, participate in promotions or use other features of the Website.

C. Information required for the use of payment services    
In order to comply with applicable legal requirements (e.g. anti-money laundering regulations) and to properly perform contractual duties, we need to collect the following information, without which you would not be able to use the paid services:
Payment Information: When you use the paid services, the site requires certain payment information (bank details, credit card details) to process payments and comply with applicable law.
Authentication Information: In the event that you are a Host, the site may require a verification of identity (passport photo, driver's license and credit card if permitted by applicable law) or all other identification information, such as date of birth, address of residence, e-mail address, telephone number and all other information useful for the proper provision of the service fee.

However, the lack of such data, the refusal or revocation of consent to processing in the manner specified below, will make it impossible to maintain any relationship of professional advice with the user or to improve the use of online services on the site listed below:
the request for legal advice and professional collaboration.
the request for assistance by the user;
the sending of communications and messages;

Communication / dissemination
The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be subject to disclosure, or transfer to third parties for any reason, both in Italy and abroad, except for personal data that for tax reasons it will be necessary to communicate to the accountant of the Law Firm (limited to the billing of legal advice online) which has provided assurance about compliance with the Privacy Policy and absolute confidentiality as well as the preparation of a DPS in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and Annex B to that Code.

The owner reserves the right to analyze in aggregate form the data acquired to perform internal statistics on the use of certain services (eg: readings of the newsletter and use of particular applications), to complement what already happens with third-party tools for detecting traffic on the site (Google Analytics).

User rights
In relation to the processing of personal data and pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR and art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the user has the right:
Access to data (art. 15 GDPR)
The user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and their communication in intelligible form.
The request can be sent directly by email to the data controller (see email addresses).
Correction and deletion (Art. 16 and 17 GDPR)
The user has the right to request the rectification, cancellation, or limitation of the processing of personal data.

Warnings
The request to cancel the account is automatically forwarded to the technical staff of the site and is irrevocable, ie once confirmed, can no longer be canceled.
The user will receive after a few days the confirmation of the cancellation of data concerning him.

Restriction on processing (art. 18 GDPR)
The user has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection.

The revocation of the publication, in accordance with art. 17 GDPR, will automatically result in the obscuring of the cards from all articles of the site.
However, since the articles may have been indexed by search engines and/or published by third parties on other sites without our permission, the user must exercise the "right to be forgotten" against the sources where their personal data are present.
Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
The user has the right to receive personal data about him in a structured format and readable by an automatic device. The request must be addressed to the data controller; personal data will be provided in xml format.
Communication
The user has the right to obtain indication of the identification details, as well as the owner, of any employees to whom the data may be communicated or who may learn about them; the site employees who provide assistance to the user restrict access to personal data solely for the purposes requested by the user (request clarifications, help desk, troubleshooting, etc..).
Complaint
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority (Guarantor) in the event that he finds a use of the data different from that provided for in the aforementioned legislation;
